Around 6 months ago, Trent Reznor announced that Nine Inch Nails was no longer affiliated with a major record label. This allowed him to have complete control over his future musical endeavors. Trent has now raised the bar even further by offering his next album online, for free. |

I've recently re-discovered the greatness of the band Smashing Pumpkins. Gish is awesome, Siamese Dream is one of the best albums of all time, Pisces Iscariot is a nice bridge between SD and Mellon Collie. Their new album, Zeitgeist is pretty cool too. It's not like the Pumpkins of yore though...its more Metal'ish. |

A revolution is happening in music right now. Last week, Radiohead announced that their new album "In Rainbows" would be released on their website, and NOT through their label. Today, Trent Reznor announces that Nine Inch Nails has left Universal Music. |
